A BRADFORD nursery is opening a second site following its initial success and will be holding an open day for parents and children.
Blessings Daycare and Nursery, which is for children aged between zero and five years, opened in Manningham in 2019 and is now opening another setting in Fagley.
The nursery was recognised as ‘good’ in an Ofsted inspection carried out in January this year.
Parents and children are invited to attend the new site in Fagley, on Fagley Road, on Saturday, December 17, where they can see what the nursery has to offer.
Faizul Islam, Owner of Blessings Daycare and Nursery, said: “We want to help as many children as possible and we know as parents how expensive daycare and nursery can be.

“We are one of the most affordable nurseries in Bradford and we help children and parents, we have a free transport service and provide free snacks for children.”
There will also be a clothing bank for children at the open day, where parents can take clothes for their children.
Faizul added: “We usually ask parents to leave extra clothes for children, in case we need to change them, and we’ve seen that some children just don’t have spare clothes, or they are coming to nursery in the same clothes.
“We thought the clothing bank would be a good idea, so we’ve asked parents who can, to donate clothes for children, which parents can pick up on the day.
“We’ve collected at least eight rails of clothing, so we hope people take stuff.
"My wife and I have worked in the community and we know what families are going through, we just want to help out."
The Fagley nursery also offers an after-school club for children aged five to 14 as well as Arabic classes for children above the age of five on the weekend.
The Manningham site currently has 102 children on roll, with 62 children attending Arabic classes on the weekend.
Blessings Fagley will consist of a baby room, toddler room, and pre-school.
“Blessings has always strived to provide high-quality affordable childcare to parents," said Faizul.
“Our ethos has always been and will remain that no children should ever go without and there should be no barriers for wanting to access childcare."
Registration for the Fagley site is now open for places in January 2023.
