ROOLEY Lane in Bradford has been partially closed this afternoon (Sunday) after a person was reportedly injured in a collision with a vehicle.
The accident is reported to have occurred shortly before 12.30pm on Rooley Lane near the junction of Parkway when passer-by Kasim Hussain saw police attending to a person in the road.
"It's a shocking thing to see someone lying in the road," said a passer-by who witnessed police attending to a victim.
"We go up and down that road all the time, so I was quite shocked about it.
"Fingers crossed, whoever it is will be ok. Hopefully it's not too serious."
Mr Hussain said there were no cordons in place at the time but that a lane was blocked off to allow police to investigate.
The West Yorkshire Police, who have been contacted for a comment, have not confirmed the report.
The Yorkshire Ambulance Service has also been contacted for a comment.
