Years 7 to 10 will not attend Bradford Forster Academy, on Fenby Avenue, on Friday.
It is partially closed due to a burst water main outside the secondary school.
The academy says Year 11 students are only permitted to come in because they are sitting exams.
A message on Bradford Council's website read: "The academy will remain closed to Years 7 to 10 today due to a burst water main outside the academy.
"All students to complete work set on Teams.
"Year 11 students will go home after their science exam (approx. 10:15am) unless they have a Geography exam, these students will remain to do their exam and leave at around 12:15pm."
