A MAN has appeared in court charged with driving without due care and attention on a major Bradford road.
Mohammed Shabaz, 22, of North Park Road, Bradford, appeared before Bradford and Keighley Magistrates' Court to be sentenced after pleading guilty to the charge.
Court documents state the offence happened on August 20, 2021, on Manningham Lane.
Shabaz was handed six driving licence points and fined £166.
He was also ordered to pay £110 costs and a £34 victim surcharge for the offence.
His guilty plea was taken into consideration when imposing the sentence, court documents state.
The balance of £310 will be paid at a rate of £50 per month and payments began at the start of December.
Shabaz was sentenced on November 4, 2022.
