LARGE-scale cannabis farms, including one encompassing three properties, were discovered by police in Heckmondwike this week.
A spokesperson for West Yorkshire Police said: "Working on intelligence received, officers from Batley and Spen Neighbourhood Policing Team attended a street in Heckmondwike on Sunday where a large-scale cannabis farm was located involving three properties. Enquiries are ongoing."
Then on Tuesday, another large cannabis farm was discovered in the same area.
"Officers from Batley & Spen NPT were on patrol in Heckmondwike on Tuesday when they located a large-scale cannabis farm at a property on Brighton Street. Enquiries are ongoing."
