A mental health group is creating space for men to face their struggles over a cup of tea.
The Men’s Group takes place every Tuesday between 12pm and 2pm at Manningham Mills Community Centre on Lilycroft Road.
It is a place to tuck into free tea and biscuits and chat with likeminded men, play dominos or enjoy other games and activities.
One volunteer who helps run the group said: “The Men’s Group is a great way to help people living with poor mental health, by giving them a routine and providing a distraction from their everyday woes.
“It is a warm and welcoming place where men can meet for a chat and a cuppa, play dominos and other games and activities or just simply relax.”
