A special event aims to bring the community together this festive season.
The free event, held by McCarthy Stone Bingley at the Whitelock Grange Retirement Living development, will take place from 11am until 4pm on Thursday, December 8 and will see visitors treated to mouth-watering mince pies and a festive tipple while socialising with homeowners.

To add to the atmosphere, the choir from Beckfoot Priestthorpe Primary School will entertain attendees by performing a variety of traditional carols and other festive favourites.
Louise Flynn, Divisional Marketing Manager for McCarthy Stone North, said: “Christmas is the season for bringing everyone together, which is why we’re proud to host our Christmas event for the community here at Whitelock Grange.
"We can’t wait to welcome local retirees and their families to join us and raise a glass to celebrate the festive season.”
Places at the event are limited so guests are strongly encouraged to book in advance by calling 0800 882 1829.
