A MAN who admitted breaching Covid-19 lockdown rules more than a year ago has finally been sentenced.
In March, Milan Istok, 50, of Springcliffe Street, Manningham, pleaded guilty to participating in a gathering of two or more people in a private dwelling on February 28, 2021, when England was in a full Tier 4 lockdown due to a surge in Covid-19 cases.
Istok participated in the gathering, at a neighbour's home in Springcliffe Street, with two or more people, which was in breach of the Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) (All Tiers) (England) Regulations 2020
His case had been adjourned until November 17, when he was sentenced at Bradford and Keighley Magistrates' Court.
He was fined £570, and had to pay court costs of £110 and a £57 victim surcharge.
