A MAN has appeared in court charged with possession of cocaine in Bradford.
Aaron Baljit Singh Gill, 29, of Fagley Place, Fagley, Bradford, was caught in possession of four small bags of cocaine, in Carrington Street, Bradford, on October 24 this year.
Gill was fined £140 and ordered to pay a £56 victim surcharge and £85 costs for the charge.
The four small bags of cocaine will be forfeited and destroyed.
He received no separate penalty after he was caught in possession of a small tub of cannabis on the same date and location as the cocaine possession charge.
Gill pleaded guilty and was sentenced for the cocaine charge at Bradford and Keighley Magistrates’ Court on November 23.
An application was made for benefit deductions to recover the £281.
