A MAN has been banned after being caught drug driving on a Bradford road.
Connor Gilmore, 26, of Reevy Crescent, Bradford, faced one charge of driving a motor vehicle with a proportion of a specified controlled drug above the specified limit.
He drove a motor vehicle when the proportion of a controlled drug, namely cannabis, in his blood exceeded the specified limit. The offence took place on Reevy Crescent, Bradford, on June 1 this year.
Gilmore was banned from holding, or obtaining, a driving licence for 36 months for the offence.
He was fined £120 and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £34 victim surcharge.
Gilmore pleaded guilty and was sentenced at Bradford and Keighley Magistrates’ Court on November 23.
