A FATHER of six, with another child on the way, avoided a driving ban after he was caught speeding twice.
Constantin Nicuta, of Clifton Mount in Leeds, appeared at Bradford and Keighley Magistrates' Court on Friday, November 18.
The 35-year-old faced eight charges but six were withdrawn due to the prosecution's request.
He admitted to two charges of speeding that occurred on Burley Road and Kirkstall Road in April of this year.
Nicuta was not issued with a totting disqualification because of his mitigating circumstances.
Court documents say if Nicuta was banned he would suffer "exceptional hardship" as he is the sole earner in his household which contains six young children and his pregnant wife.
It adds if disqualified he would lose his job, and his home and would be unable to support his family.
Nicuta was fined £253 and had to pay court costs of £110 and a £34 victim surcharge.
