A MAN has been banned after he was caught drink driving in the Bradford district.
Marc Ambler, 36, of Bell Wood Court, Pudsey, faced one charge of driving a motor vehicle when the alcohol level was above the limit.
He was caught driving a motor vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in his breath, namely 95 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, exceeded the prescribed limit. The offence took place on Bradford Road, Saltaire, on September 30, 2022.
Ambler was disqualified from holding, or obtaining, a driving licence for 24 months. He was handed a community order and ordered to pay a £114 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
Ambler pleaded guilty to the charge and was sentenced at Bradford & Keighley Magistrates’ Court on November 2, 2022.
