Waiting restrictions and parking plans
Proposals also include ‘school keep clear’ parking and ‘limited waiting’ restrictions between Monday and Friday, 8am to 9.30am and 1pm and 3.30pm, on a length of Keighley Road, Bingley.
Drivers would be allowed to park for 10mins before no return restrictions stop them from returning within 20 minutes.
The same section would also include ‘no waiting’ and ‘no loading at any time’ restrictions.
The Council has also proposed ‘limited waiting parking plans’ for Lime Street, Bingley, between 8am and 6pm on Monday and Friday. This would stop all drivers except permit holders from returning within two hours.
There are also plans for a ‘loading waiting’ restriction at Airedale Street, Bingley, between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Saturday. Drivers would not be able to return to the section within one hour.
The Council would also revoke a disabled parking place on Carr Lane, Windhill, and an existing ‘no waiting’ area on a length of Bradford Road.
