A MAN has appeared in court for driving while banned in Bradford.
Stuart Froggatt, 30, of Broadway, Leeds, faced one charge of driving while disqualified.
He was caught driving a motor vehicle, namely a Ford Transit, while disqualified from holding, or obtaining, a driving licence. The offence took place on Bowling Back Lane, Bradford, on January 30, 2020. It was contrary to the Road Traffic Act 1988 and the Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988.
He was handed six driving licence points, fined £450 and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £45 victim surcharge for the offence. A collection order was made by the court at the sentencing hearing.
Froggatt pleaded guilty to the offence and was sentenced at Bradford and Keighley Magistrates’ Court on November 8, 2022.
