A BRADFORD man appeared in court after he stole from the Next store in the Forster Square Retail Park.
Shahram Mahmood Aziz, 21 of Queens Road, Manningham, was charged with theft from a shop.
According to court documents, the offence was committed on September 26 this year.
He stole two pairs of jeans and a bottle of aftershave. The items were worth a total of £79.
Aziz also faced a charge of failing to surrender to custody at Bradford and Keighley Magistrates' Court.
He received a 12-month conditional discharge for the offences and was ordered to pay a surcharge of £26 to fund victim services.
Court documents state that his guilty pleas were taken into consideration in sentencing.
The £26 must be paid by December 27.
