A MAN has been fined for causing an obstruction with his car on a major Bradford road.
Mohammod Saabir Hussain, 25, of Milton Road, Hoyland, Barnsley, faced a charge of causing an unnecessary obstruction by motor vehicle/trailer outside of the Greater London area.
He was in charge of a motor vehicle, an Audi S3, and "caused it to stand on a road, namely Manningham Lane, Bradford, so as to cause an unnecessary obstruction of the road". It happened on May 30 this year.
Hussain was fined £40 and ordered to pay £90 costs, plus a £34 victim surcharge for the offence.
He pleaded guilty to the charge and was sentenced at a single justice procedure hearing held at Bradford and Keighley Magistrates’ Court on November 2, 2022.
