Officers arrested him on suspicion of drug offences.
The team then found four motorcycles at the address.
One of them was confirmed to have been stolen in a burglary in Leeds.
The other motorbikes were suspected to have been stolen, as a result of the checks on the first vehicle.
Police seized them all, with the identities of three of them to be confirmed.
