A BRADFORD man has been banned from driving for more than three years.
Brian Lamb, 65, of Brackenhall Court, Great Horton, appeared before Bradford and Keighley Magistrates' Court to be sentenced for three offences committed on October 7 this year.
He was charged with driving a motor vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence.
He was caught driving a BMX X5 on High Street, Queensbury, and did not have third-party insurance.
He was also charged with driving while over the drink-drive limit.
Lamb had 71 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.
He pleaded guilty to the three charges on November 8.
Lamb was fined £120, ordered to pay a surcharge of £48 to fund victim services and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
Lamb was also banned from driving for 38 months.
The total of £253 must be paid at a rate of £20 per week, beginning on December 6.
