A BRADFORD man who was caught with a knife and cannabis, has been jailed for five months.
Bryan Morris, 60, of Thornhill Place, Bradford, appeared before Bradford and Keighley Magistrates’ Court, where he pleaded guilty to two charges.
Both took place on September 1, with Morris being caught on Church Street in possession of a knife in a public place, and a Class B Drug, cannabis resin.
He was jailed for five months in total. Court documents show magistrates believe the offences to be so serious as they were aggravated by the defendant’s record of previous offending.
An order was also made for the forfeiture and destruction of the drugs.
Morris was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £154 And £85 in costs.
