The offence, which took place in Bradford on February 23, 2022, saw Curtis-Jones Smith intentionally expose his genitals intending that someone would see them and be caused alarm or distress.
He pleaded not guilty at an earlier hearing in June 2022, but was found guilty on September 12, 2022.
He was committed to prison for 24 weeks, suspended for 12 months, for the offence, as the court deemed it a violent or sexual offence – public protection.

He must comply with a rehabilitation activity requirement over the next 12 months. He must comply with any instructions of the responsible officer to attend appointments, or to participate in any activity as required by the responsible officer up to a maximum of 35 days.
He was also ordered to pay £620 costs to the Crown Prosecution Service and a £128 victim surcharge. An application was made by the court for benefit deductions.
