A MAN has been banned after he was caught drink driving in Bradford.
Kevin Reynolds, 29, of Peach Walk, Bradford, faced a charge of driving a motor vehicle when his alcohol level was above the limit.
The offence took place on Tetley Street, Bradford, on April 15, 2022, when he was caught driving a motor vehicle when the proportion of alcohol in his breath, namely 97 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, exceeded the prescribed limit.
Reynolds was disqualified from holding, or obtaining, a driving licence for 24 months, fined £833, ordered to pay an £83 victim surcharge and £85 costs for the offence.
A collection order was made.
Reynolds pleaded guilty to the charge and was sentenced at Kirklees Magistrates’ Court on November 10, 2022.
