The school also needed a 72-hour infection break.
Bosses say the education provider will reopen on Monday.
A statement on Bradford Council's website read: "Christ Church Primary Academy, full closure.
"Due to a high volume of pupils affected by a sickness bug, we are closed to allow a deep clean and a 72-hour infection break.
"We will reopen on Monday."
It comes after two other Bradford schools have been forced to shut in the last couple of days, St Columba's Catholic Primary and Girlington Primary.
