A MAN accused of attempted murder after a shooting has made his first appearance in court.
Louis Titre, 27, of the Bradford South area, appeared at Bradford and Keighley Magistrates' Court on Monday.
He is charged with attempted murder and possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life.
The case was sent to Bradford Crown Court for trial.
Titre will next appear there on December 12 for a plea and trial preparation hearing.
It is on this date that the 27-year-old will officially give a guilty or not guilty plea.
West Yorkshire Police was called to Torre Road, off Cooper Lane, to the south of Bradford at 5.53pm last Friday after a shooting.
A 30-year-old man was discovered at the scene with serious injuries and was rushed to hospital.
The injured man was still in hospital receiving medical treatment on Monday.
A woman who was arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender has been bailed pending further enquiries.
Detectives are continuing to investigate the shooting.
