A 35-YEAR-old man, who drove on a busy Bradford road while banned, has been jailed and disqualified for SIX years.
Daniel Marshall, admitted driving while disqualified, when he appeared before Bradford and Keighley Magistrates’ Court on November 8.
He was caught driving a Renault Clio on Rooley Lane in Bradford, on September 21, 2022.
Marshall, of Knowles Lane, Holme Wood, Bradford, also admitted using the car without insurance, and was jailed for 20 weeks in total.
Court documents show that magistrates thought the offence was so serious because the defendant has “a flagrant disregard for court orders” and he has previous convictions for the same offence.
He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for six years.
