POLICE have issued a picture of a female they are looking to speak to in relation to a theft involving a vulnerable elderly woman.
The offence occurred this past weekend on Saturday, November 12.
It happened in Halifax.
At the time of writing, this case was still under investigation by West Yorkshire Police.
