THERE is nine miles of traffic on a motorway this lunchtime due to a vehicle with an abnormal load.
Lane one (of three) on the westbound carriageway of the M62 has had to be closed due to the issue, between junction 23 (Huddersfield) and junction 22 (Rishworth Moor).
National Highways: Yorkshire said at 1.15pm on Twitter that a vehicle carrying an abnormal load had broken down.

The vehicle is having to have its tyre changed and a recovery team is at the scene.
The closure had initially led to five miles of congestion building up, on approach to the broken down vehicle.
This is adding an extra 30 minutes onto normal journey times.
