A MAN has appeared in court charged with being drunk and disorderly at Leeds Bradford Airport.
Paul Carling, 42, of Rossett Walk, Middlesbrough, was in court and faced one charge of being drunk and disorderly in a public place.
The offence took place at Leeds Bradford Airport in Yeadon on October 19, 2022. He was found guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour contrary to section 91(1) of the Criminal Justice Act 1967.
Carling was fined £100 and ordered to pay a £40 victim surcharge and £85 costs to the Crown Prosecution Service for the offence. A collection order was made by the court at the sentencing hearing.
Carling pleaded guilty to the one charge and was sentenced at Leeds Magistrates’ Court on November 4, 2022.
