West Yorkshire Police’s neighbourhood policing team found the cannabis farm in the Savile Town suburb of Dewsbury.
Estimates suggest the site had around 440 plants of various different sizes.
An investigation has been launched and enquiries are ongoing.
The plants are also set to be destroyed.
