KIRKLEES College is getting ready to host two open days in November to give prospective students the opportunity to see the college, its facilities, and staff first-hand.

They will be held at the college’s Huddersfield and Dewsbury centres and teachers, students and staff will be there to give advice and guide visitors around.

The college offers a wide range of 16-18 courses, higher education, adult courses and apprenticeships taught by industry experienced tutors to help create an informed, talented and aspirational workforce.

The centres that will be open in Huddersfield are the main centre in the town on Manchester Road, Brunel Construction Centre, Engineering Centre and Taylor Hill Animal Centre.

In Dewsbury, prospective students will be able to visit the Pioneer Higher Skills Centre and Springfield Sixth Form Centre, which is dedicated to higher education and higher skills.

The open days will be held at the Huddersfield centres on Saturday, November 19, from 10.30am to 1pm and at the Dewsbury centres on Wednesday, November 23, from 5pm to 7.30pm.

Everyone is welcome to attend including prospective students, parents and carers.
