A LARGE quantity of fireworks have been seized from a teenager's home after police got wind of supposed anti-social plans.
Officers from West Yorkshire Police's Bradford East Neighbourhood Policing Team (NPT) received intelligence of planned anti-social behaviour over the Bonfire period.
Police arrested a 16-year-old male, as a result of this.
They also seized a large quantity of fireworks from his house.
The teenager has been bailed pending further enquiries.
Sergeant Toby Newton Day of Bradford East Neighbourhood Policing Team said: “We want the Bonfire period to be safe and enjoyable time for everyone.
“However, we will not tolerate anti-social behaviour associated with fireworks and we will do everything to keep the community safe during this time.
“This proactive action shows we are committed to tackling anti-social behaviour throughout the Bonfire period.”
