BRADFORD will pay its respects to those who have lost their lives in conflicts around the world at a Remembrance event this weekend.
The district’s 76th annual Festival of Remembrance will take place at 5pm on Sunday, November 6 at Bradford Cathedral.
It will be attended by the Lord Mayor of Bradford and supported by the City of Bradford Brass Band and the Bradford Cathedral Choir.
The event is free to attend but people are advised to book their tickets here.
The Lord Mayor of Bradford, Councillor Martin Love, said: “This is always a very special event in Bradford and I hope people will join us to remember all those who have lost their lives, been wounded, have suffered or are still suffering in any way, due to past and present conflicts around the world."
