A CHARITY fashion show in Bradford is returning for the first time in two years and is being supported by a major business

Bosom Friends Bradford's annual fund-raising event is back for its 28th year next Tuesday, taking place at Bradford Grammar School.

More than 20 women, who have or have had breast cancer, will feature in the show, modelling the latest fashions.

It will also raise money for Bosom Friends, a self-help and support group for women who are living with or beyond breast cancer.

Damart, a Bingley-based home shopping giant, will be providing outfits for the fashion show to top off its support for Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Bosom Friends Secretary, Liz Carrington thanked Dalmart for its support this year and over the past two decades.

She added: “Whilst this is usually our biggest fundraiser of the year, the main aim of the show is to give women, who are living with or beyond breast cancer, an opportunity to look good and feel great, strutting their stuff on the catwalk before an enthusiastic audience of 500.”

Damart launches a range of pink autumn clothing, including socks, slippers, tops and pyjamas each year, with £5 from each sale going to Breast Cancer Now.
