A NEW travel agent in Bradford is helping to give a taste of sunshine to shoppers by offering a more traditional face-to-face service.

Justintime Travels has opened its doors to customers on North Parade.

While online travel agents have become popular over recent years, the new site offers a more traditional service and peace of mind for its customers when booking their holidays with them.

Justintime Travels offers holiday packages including flights and transfers, hotels, car rentals in the United Kingdom, and the rest of the world to customers.

It forms part of the Justintime Group which includes their travel, health care (including homecare services) and recruitment services. It is also an agent for Jet2.

The new travel agents has created six jobs, including travel consultants and social media and graphic designer roles.

Accompanying its traditional store, Justintime Travels is active online including on social media.

Sofia Sadiq, branch manager, says Turkey is proving the most travel destination with its customers in Bradford, with Dubai and Spain also in demand for breaks.

She said: “The launch went really well.

“At the moment we are worldwide and offer UK breaks.

“Jet2 holidays are very popular. I had my own travel business before.

“It is still a thing to have a physical store. People can get cheap deals online, but there are negatives to it. You can knock on our travel agent’s door and we can give you that advice one-to-one. “It is peace of mind for people when they book with someone in person.

“Everything is face-to-face here. We have a face when you can come and book your holiday. We are a physical agency, people can see where we are.”

The new store was officially opened on October 11 by Bradford Bulls chief executive Jason Hirst.

It is a part of a tie-up between the travel agents and the rugby league side.

The Justintime Travels' logo will appear on the Bulls’ jerseys for the club’s 2023 season in the Betfred Championship.

Mr Hirst said: “It’s a pleasure to welcome all the Justintime team to the Bradford Bulls ever-growing family of sponsors.

“We look forward to working closely with them and thank them for their much-appreciated support.”

Justintime Travels is open every Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. It hopes to eventually open on Saturdays in the near future.
