A BRADFORD district café/bar has closed, its owners have confirmed. The Terrace Café Bar, Bingley Road, Saltaire, has shut its doors to diners for the final time.
The site, which was run by its now former owners for more than a decade, is set to reopen under new ownership in due course after a period of refurbishment.
In a post on the bar’s Facebook page, the outgoing owners said they will miss its customers.
The post said: “Au revoir, Saltaire - you have been amazing.
“The news is true - The Terrace has officially closed, and will undertake a period of refurb, before the new owners reopen very soon.
“For well over a decade, we have absolutely loved our little Terrace family - we have laughed together, cried together.
“We have furiously screamed at each other in anger, and picked each other up when times were hard.
“But 100 per cent we have loved each other, and every minute spent with our wonderful customers - many of you who have become good friends over the years.
“We will miss you all, and hope to see you soon - you can still catch us in Tallulah’s, or find Saltaire Belle at a festival near you.”
