BRADFORD’S Hot Aire concert band is staging two fundraising concerts for the BBC Children in Need appeal.
The concerts, providing fun family entertainment this autumn, will feature a special appearance from Children in Need mascot Pudsey Bear as well as a variety of raffle prizes.
The concerts feature the Hot Aire and Fresh Aire concert bands and youth bands, as well as Ilkley Youth Choir, Ilkley Stage Singers and the Bradford and Airedale Youth Choir.
Pam Mullarkey, a flute player with Hot Aire, said: “I am so proud of my granddaughter, Arya Mullarkey, who is a member of Bradford and Airedale Youth Choir. She puts her heart and soul into her music and singing, with so much love and emotion.
“It will be an absolute pleasure to watch her perform.”
* The concerts take place at Bingley Arts Centre on Saturday, October 8 at 2.30pm and 6pm.
Tickets are available online at ticketsource.co.uk or bingleyartscentre.co.uk or from Bingley Arts Centre box office on (01274) 567983.
