A MAN has appeared in court for stealing fuel from a vehicle at a Bradford dealership.
Richard Ingram, 44, of Bolton Hall Road, Bradford, faced two charges.
In the first, going equipped for theft – not motor vehicle, Ingram, not being in his place of abode, had with him articles for use in the course of, or in connection with, theft, namely theft of fuel from a motor vehicle. This offence took place ast Volvo Canal Road, Bradford, on July 2, 2022.
He was ordered to pay £200 compensation for this offence.
In the second charge, theft from a motor vehicle, Ingram stole fueld from a motor vehicle, worth £120, from Volvo Canal Road, Bradford, also on July 2, 2022.
Ingram was handed a community order for both offences which includes a curfew requirement with electronic monitoring for six weeks.
Ingram pleaded guilty to both charges and was sentenced at Bradford & Keighley Magistrates’ Court on September 14, 2022.
