A MAN has been banned from driving after failing to give a specimen of breath to police.
Stuart Molloy, 44, of Otley Road, Eldwick, Bingley, faced one charge of failing to provide specimen for analysis – vehicle driver.
At Trafalgar House Police Station, Bradford, when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen of breath in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence, Molloy failed without reasonable excuse to do so. This offence took place on July 2, 2022.
He was disqualified from holding, or obtaining, a driving licence for 24 months. This disqualification was deemed obligatory for the offence.
Molloy pleaded guilty to the offence and was sentenced at Bradford & Keighley Magistrates’ Court on September 9, 2022.
