Police are appealing for witnesses after crash left one pedestrian with serious head injuries.
The incident took place at the Queensgate junction of Zetland Street, Huddersfield, shortly before 11.45am on Thursday morning.
The serious road traffic collision involved a van and one pedestrian.
The Peugeot Boxer van was travelling esast towards the roundabout in the second lane of the dual carriageway when it was involved in the collision near a crossing.
A man in his 20s suffered serious head injuries as a result of the collision.
Anyone who may have witnessed the collision or the circumstances leading up to it is asked to call West Yorkshire Police’s Roads Policing Unit on 101.
