A BRADFORD man has been ordered to pay more than £800 and handed six points for failing to comply with police.
Bashir Farrukh, 53, of Hazelhurst Road was found guilty of not complying with a police request last Friday at Lincoln Magistrates' Court.
Farrukh was found guilty by Single Justice Procedure.
The offence was in relation to a request made in Nettleham by, or on behalf of, the Chief Officer of Police for Lincolnshire on July 15 this year.
The request was for information from Yamin relating to the identification of the driver of a black Land Rover Range Rover, who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence.
Khan was given six points on his driving licence.
He was also ordered to pay £816.
This included a £660 fine, a surcharge of £66 to fund victim services and £90 in costs.
He must pay this all by October 7.
