Six Vietnamese nationals, in the UK illegally, have been remanded in custody accused of growing and supplying cannabis at a number of addresses in the Bradford area.
Appearing at Bingley Court on Wednesday with an interpreter, the six - five men and a woman - were sent to Bradford Crown Court, where they will stand trial for conspiracy to supply and produce cannabis, between September 1 2007 and March 31 this year.
They were Hui Van Phan, 37, of West Way, Stockport, Manchester, Phong Van Nguyen (correct)34, Thuy Le, 25, Mai Ngog Nguyen, 21, Bin Van Nguyen, 20, and Nang Van Nguyen, 29, all of no fixed address.
Prosecutor, Amanda McGuinness said all six were in the UK illegally and had been involved in the cultivation and supplying of cannabis at addresses in Bradford.
The bench remanded them in custody to appear at Bradford Crown Court on April 10.
