A school uniform bank in a Bradford nursery has shared when it will next be open for parents.
Nursery manager Kirsty-Leigh Corbet set up the uniform bank at Bamboo Kids Nursery alongside her daughter Sienna, 10, and owner Melisia Griffiths Barnes.
It is hoped the event will help parents struggling to purchase new uniform in the ongoing cost-of-living crisis.
Bradford Uniform Bank will open between 11am and 3pm on Saturday, October 22.
It operates a no questions asked policy.
In a previous message to any struggling parents, she said: “This is a time where we all need to help each other and most people could do with that little extra help. Nobody’s money is stretching as far as it used to. I’ve managed to get some uniform for my daughter as well.”
