Police have uncovered a potential cannabis farm in the BD5 area of Bradford.
West Yorkshire Police raided the building on Jacob Street alongside West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service (WYFRS) on Tuesday afternoon.
The police force used intelligence which suggested there was "potential cultivation of cannabis within an empty property".
A police scene was put in place and officers protected the scene throughout the evening.
The latest statement from West Yorkshire Police said: "Police and West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service (WYFRS) attended Jacob Street, Bradford, on Tuesday afternoon following intelligence about the potential cultivation of cannabis within an empty property.
"A scene has been placed around the premise.
"Following initial enquiries and assessment by the fire service it was determined, as a precaution, that a full search of the property required the use of specialist resources equipped with breathing apparatus.
"The premises remains contained and there is no wider risk to the public."
