AN ELDERLY man who has not been seen for more than a week and is missing from almost 50 miles away could be in the district.
Nicholas Paul Henry, 65, was reported missing from the Stretford area, in Manchester on Wednesday last week.
He has not been seen since Sunday, September 4.
North Yorkshire Police has now released Greater Manchester Police's appeal to find Mr Henry, as it is believed he could be in the Skipton area, or has been there recently.
Mr Henry is described as being white, in his mid-60s, and of slim build.
He is said to have brown eyes, a white beard, long grey hair - which he keeps in a ponytail - and has some teeth missing.
The 65-year-old was last seen wearing a black jacket and jeans.
If you think you have seen Mr Henry, or know where he is, or have information which could help police find him, you should call 101.
You should select option one and then quote the Greater Manchester Police reference number: 2357-07092022.
