Businesses across the country have announced last-minute closures following the sad passing of Queen Elizabeth II.
Buckingham Palace released a statement on Thursday (September 8) evening which confirmed her peaceful death at the Balmoral estate.
The full statement read: "The Queen died peacefully at Balmoral this afternoon.
"The King and The Queen Consort will remain at Balmoral this evening and will return to London tomorrow.”
Many chains - including department store Selfridges - and independent businesses have announced closures in light of the historic royal update.
Here is a list of business closures on Friday (September 9) and postponed events in Bradford district - including Shipley, Saltaire, Baildon, Bingley, Keighley, and nearby locations such as Pudsey or Huddersfield.

West Yorkshire businesses closed today, this weekend or later in the mourning period
- Pudsey Perk Community Cafe at Pudsey Parish Church - closed on Friday and Saturday
- Outlane Golf Club, Huddersfield - closed on Friday
- Whistlestop Valley, Huddersfield - closed on Friday but the Gala will go ahead this weekend
- Woodbank Nurseries & Garden Centre and the ACW Garden Centre will be closed for the day of the Queen's Funeral (TBC).
Cancelled events in Bradford and West Yorkshire
Here is an additional list of events in Bradford cancelled or postponed due to the Queen's death.
- Saltaire Festival to get revised dates
A spokesperson for Saltaire Festival said: "We are sorry to announce that Saltaire Festival will be postponed for two weeks following the death of our Queen, as a mark of respect. Please follow our updates for revised dates and changes of our events."
- Cross Flatts End of Summer Market, Ryshworth Club
- Market and craft fair at Shipley Kirkgate Centre on Sunday (September 11)
- Keighley Carnival
- Lindley Clock Tower open day on Saturday (September 10)
- BBC's Radio 2 Live in Leeds event next weekend (September 17 and 18).
Ticket holders will be issued with refunds via the ticketing provider, a BBC spokesperson said.
