A WOMAN was left "shaken" after she was approached by a completely naked man while walking her dog.
The incident, which did not involve physical harm, occurred in Yorkshire yesterday afternoon.
Police have released a CCTV image of the man they would like to speak to in connection with the indecent exposure.
A spokesperson from South Yorkshire Police said: "Officers in Barnsley have released a CCTV image of a man they would like to speak to in connection with a reported incident of indecent exposure.
"It is reported that on Tuesday, August 16, at around 3.35pm, a woman was walking her dog in fields near Dearne Hall Road, Barugh Green, when she was approached by a completely naked man.
"The man, who the woman did not know, attempted to engage her in conversation. The woman walked away – she was not physically harmed but was left understandably shaken by the incident.
"Enquiries are ongoing but officers are keen to identify the man in the image as he may be able to assist with enquiries.
"If you can help, you can pass information to police by calling 101 and quoting incident number 640 of 16 August 2022."
