THERE has been a large police presence in Baildon this evening following an incident in the town.
It has been packed with crowds over the Bank Holiday weekend, with thousands turning out for the Shipley Harley Rally.
There were reports of several police cars and vans at the scene, around Northgate.
One on-looker said a lot of police swooped on the street, though it is now thought to have calmed down.
A West Yorkshire Police spokesman said a male was arrested for a public order offence but had resisted arrest, so more officers were drafted in to assist.
The spokesman said it was an isolated incident.
