Meanwhile drop-in sessions are being held across West Yorkshire where people can talk to members of the team about their local buses.
West Yorkshire Combined Authority is also holding two online webinars between 6pm and 7pm on Wednesday, August 24 August and Tuesday, August 30.
The Mayor said: “We’ve heard concerns about service cuts, journeys being too expensive due to the cost-of-living crisis and how the network is complicated to use.
“We want to make buses the first choice for travel in West Yorkshire - because they should be more affordable, convenient, and better for the environment.”
The survey will end on September 11.
