Restaurant owner, Abdulrahman said: ”We celebrated our one-year anniversary of the restaurant opening at the start of August and this has been a great way to kick off our second year of business.
"I’ve known the founders of InTouch for a long time now and it’s an honour to be able to work with them.
"The work they do for this community is truly commendable and as a local business we have a responsibility to support them."
InTouch Foundation posted on their Facebook page: “Special thank you to Kunafa Tea for providing the amazing food yesterday for our friends in need. Loved and enjoyed by all."
Owner Anas said: “Part of our goal at Kunafa Tea is to lead an ethical business and to have a positive social impact on the community around us that has supported us so much since our opening.
"That is why we’ve held events like this in the past and will continue to do so in the future.”
Kunafa Tea has previously held numerous events to give back to the Bradford community, such as gifting meals to NHS COVID staff on New Year's Eve and visiting a local care home on Mother’s Day.
