AN application has been made for the forfeiture of more than £200,000 in cash from a Bradford man.
Wade Priestley, 29, of Allerton Grange Drive in Allerton is the subject of a court application for forfeiting money.
A case was put forward to Greater Manchester Magistrates' Court on August 9 to forfeit £200,720 from Priestley.
This money has already been seized from the 29-year-old.
The application has been made under Section 298 of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002.
This legislation allows an application to be made to forfeit cash if it is recoverable property or is intended by any person for use in unlawful conduct.
The decision on the application was adjourned until February 14 next year, pending the outcome of criminal proceedings.
