A BRADFORD man has been caught speeding at more than 60mph.
Ghulam Chaudhury, 46, of Swires Road in Undercliffe, pleaded guilty to exceeding a variable speed limit at Sheffield Magistrates' Court on April 4 this year.
He was sentenced last Friday.
The 46-year-old was caught by an automatic camera doing 63mph in a 50mph zone in a Toyota on August 23 last year.
This was on the M1 northbound carriageway, between junction 30 and junction 31, near Rotherham.
Chaudhury received three points on his licence for the offence.
He was also ordered to pay £100.
This includes, a £66 fine and a surcharge of £34 to fund victim services.
The total balance must be paid by October 10.
Chaudhury's guilty plea was taken into account when sentencing.
